At Slowear, we are committed to ensuring your enduring satisfaction with our timeless collections. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Slowear account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a size exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact, and include the printed return invoice inside the box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location; once our Italian quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
